No idea. I am too desperate to know if Indian co's need to release there annual report within any specific period of time or there is no deadline?
I see Companies posting there Q1 FY12 results but there FY11 Annual report is still not available.
Does anyone know why it take so much time to release the annual report for some Companies?
Does this signals bad/dishonest/slow management? Please let me know.
