Companies have been releasing their Q4 numbers. However, many of the companies don’t show the updated Balance Sheets for FY 2010-11 on websites like moneycontrol, etc. Does anyone know by what deadline all companies are supposed to file their Annual Reports and make them available on BSE/NSE websites as well? No idea  . I am too desperate to know if Indian co's need to release there annual report within any specific period of time or there is no deadline? I see Companies posting there Q1 FY12 results but there FY11 Annual report is still not available. Does anyone know why it take so much time to release the annual report for some Companies? Does this signals bad/dishonest/slow management? Please let me know. ------------- Amol |
