ADIDAS actually comes from the name of it's founder ADOLF DASSLER. ADI short form of ADOLF & DAS from DASSLER. ADIDAS was founded by the brothers ADOLF & RUDOLF DASSLER. Later due to disagreement Rudolf left & founded the PUMA company.
