I have same observation. I roamed in few local stores in Gurgaon for cooler purchase and didn't find Symphony anywhere. One owner said they don't stock that because public usually picks only cheaper, local made and there's no complaint. At the end, I have also picked one custom made at 4.5k tag. Though, this also suggest symphony has lots of market to penetrate.
