1. E-clerx is a good company, its grown around 50% CAGR in past years but management itself said it will be a tough year this time due to slowdown in US and Europe but they are hopeful they will end up in positive growth...

2. I went through a latest research report by Morgan Stanley, they have shown that JP Associates will have only around 20% growth for next two years after merging the subsidaries... whereas others like Adani, Indiabulls Realestate, IRB, MudraPort will be growing more than 50%.
Is it worth investing in JP Associate?

3. Also the other report says BOI will also have flat growth for next couple of years...

4. Why have you not included OnMobileGlobal in your portfolio...?
Its best in Mobile VAS sector, is working with all top mobile service providers, also 3G service in the pipeline.

Even if eClerx doesn't grow much this year, its okay - they have a good future ahead of them. When you look at their service offerings like 'data analytics' or 'online site sales audits', I actually know what its all about - because of my work.

JP Associates will have a good topline growth. Bottomline growth will happen eventually since their margins will remain more or less the same over  longer term.

Well, if you look at any 2006 report on BOI, you will see earnings growth estimate of not more than 10% for the next 2 years. But what was BOI's growth rate in FY07, FY08 and FY09? Anyway, I expect an average growth rate of 20% or more from BOI.

2008 crash & Satyam scam changed my investing style a lot. I did a quick check on OnMobile - for FY09, they did sales of Rs. 327 cr and a net profit of Rs. 70 cr. But since no dividends have been declared, I wouldn't be buying this - because I can't say for sure if the balance sheet numbers are for real.

Smartcat ,thats a really smart way of judging companies...if they are faking revenues it is very difficult to pay good dividends consistently....Thanks for the knowledge sharing....Clap

Keep some safe distance from it. Look, but don't touch. Buy Adani Enterprises instead.

What's the point in buying just a 3600cc V8 engine? Buy the whole car.

When you buy Adani Enterprises, you get -

- Coal mines in Indonesia (& India)
- Ships to transport coal
- Adani Power's power plants
- transmission towers to the national grid
- Power trading biz (important, since some 30% of power produced will not be on fixed tariff basis).

The imported coal (which has high calorific value) will be stored in Mundra's coal storage terminal. Since Mundra port will earn regular fees from this venture (& others), buy MPSEZ stock too, in small quantities.

It is like adding a turbocharger to your V8 powered car.

Threesomes are not for people like us - that is mostly a western culture.

For some reason, they have removed all the content ("Businesses" part)  from Adani Enterprises website - www.adani.in - just before the IPO. Weird.
