I saw Kernex in Circuit's list as an MNC. Perhaps, it is so "technically". The promoters sound Indian Confused ...

  I have invested some money in Sulzer India which is MNC. I heard that it's not good decision to invest in MNC. Is it because of delising? If yes, how this affect a shareholder?
 
  Please advise.
