I have been to Nandos and found it ok. It is surely making good money, I added a sale of 350 odd Rs :) not sure how much on the bottom line.

Their cash flow from operations look decent. My concern is only the debt.

Is the hotel Shalini Place value greater than the debt, if yes, then this surely a candidate for the buy side. I am not against the debt, but how they can pay with the profits they earn...

Interestingly they recently opened a Nandos in Bangalore.
