There seems to be a good breakout after some consolidation in the 40-50 range. Stock looks like a good buy on dips.

Please check Dec 2009 pattern, check Individual shareholders holding nominal share capital in excess of Rs. 1 lakh .

mar 10 will be even more , both Number of shareholders as well as Total number of shares in this catagory.

Geometric Software Solution started its journey as a part of the
renowned Godrej Group – a leader in engineering and consumer products
in India. Geometric Ltd was incorporated in 1984 as a division of
Godrej and Boyce. It started providing PLM service to its clients
worldwide. In the course of time, Geometric made itself an expert in
CAx, PDM and MPM. The company also went in to strategic alliances with
a number of global PLM giants like Siemens PLM Software, PTC, Dassault
Systemes and MSC Software etc.
In 1897, Geometric Ltd launched a drafting software on the
UNIX platform. It also launched solid modeling CAM and FEA software in
the same year. In February 2000, it made an initial public offering.

Geometric office is next to my office. It looks its getting investor interest because RJ feels its a dark horse. But to inform all TEDs that there are many newcomers (UBS, Siemens PLM) with stronger domain knowledge have also come up in the same area of Pune. So its a very speculative stock to me.

Nucleus software too has been getting rewards for good annual report.
