insider buying between price of 40-50.on course to acheive rs6 eps for fy 10. cad/cam and design picking up with every auto major now opening shop in india.looks like a 0debt co. roce asof march2009=27%.at price 60 will trade 10 times current .mktprice 54. teds may contribute towards investing for or against

i had been mentioning earlier that in 08-09 RJ increased stake by 1% per quarter.. Godrej&Boyce also hiked stake in between. This is a very strong company in servicing manufacturing domain. and incidentally broken out of 40-50 range with huge huge volume.. ------------- ‘The market always does what it’s supposed to — BUT NEVER WHEN’. |

godrej boyce and godrej investments were making open mkt purchsases for the last 15 days between the range of 40-48 .when the jan figures are out we will know how the shareholding pattern has changed.

this stock has already becom a 5.4 bagger from its bottom of rs10.4 in mar2009

I have been buying Geometric for last 2-3weeks started around 42 and stoped buying at 49,two days back.
so one think is for sure, you will find Above 1lac rupees segment to have new holders and there will be good amount of increase in the holding of people above 1lac rupees segment.  ------------- Cutting losses is like performing surgery on one arm with the other’ |

They are going to have huge write-offs from the balance sheet. The companies they invested in 1-2 yrs ago have not given the desired results.

There seems to be a good breakout after some consolidation in the 40-50 range. Stock looks like a good buy on dips. ------------- Stockmarket is a weird place. For every person who buys a stock there is a person who sells it and both think they are very smart. |

Please check Dec 2009 pattern, check Individual shareholders holding nominal share capital in excess of Rs. 1 lakh .

| Geometric office is next to my office. It looks its getting investor interest because RJ feels its a dark horse. But to inform all TEDs that there are many newcomers (UBS, Siemens PLM) with stronger domain knowledge have also come up in the same area of Pune. So its a very speculative stock to me. |
