Looks pretty good actually. The only concern is that 'gelatin' is a commodity whose prices can affect the company's performance.

It does not matter how many stocks you hold. What matters is that you buy stocks within your area of competence and at the right price and hold them for a considerable period of time.

Smartcat, how is Supreme Industries looking, that is, if you've tracked it lately among your army of stocks?
Business & fundamentals both are ok, real estate story has unfolded, and so has the price.

Am suprised Supreme never got as much attention as Sintex in the past. Meanwhile, they have quietly closed FY09 (June ending) with a hefty Rs. 1600cr topline and Rs. 100 cr bottomline, without drawing attention to itself . I think real estate proceeds will be used to reduce debt - not sure.
We have a thread on Supreme Industries here

Pulled out two weeds (IOB & Karnataka bank) and planted a flower bearing plant (Titan).
Titan looked expensive at Rs. 700 in Mar'09 at trailing 20 P/E, but now looks quite cheap at Rs. 1750 at FY10 P/E of 20.
Makes any sense?

You mean FY10 PE of 30?

With heavyweights like RJ and BM supporting it, this stock looks destined to remain expensive.
I reiterate my view that this is a good company but at the moment it is a "Hold" not a "Buy".
Watch this space for further developments.
