Highway on my Plate on http://goodtimes.ndtv.com/lifestyle/News_Details.aspx?chartTop=547 - NDTV Goodtimes is truly great  program which involves food in highway side restaurants (dhabas) & in interior places of towns across India. Hosts Mayur and Rocky are doing a good job.

Any food aficionados on TED?

Let us take one cuisine at a time. May be we can start with Indian cuisine.

I like the palak chat in Bangalore's Bombay post and if somebody has not tried it then should try.

I live to eat, so I will be putting many posts here.

when I was in Hindu College Hostel,There was shope called Shah -di-hatti who use to sell chole bhature with bahture stuffed with fried aloo....the shop use to open only for 2 hours and they sell whatever they use to make in that time....never ever had that kind of chole/bhature...and some lassi again in some Hatti somewhere in Kamlanagar.

Chicken-Momos was also good there at Momons Point...in Kamlanagar and then all economical non-veg curies at Darvesh for students next to Amba hall,Mallikaganj
