Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in the business of real estate and textiles. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, the Company had commenced residential project Palais Royale at its Worli estate.

The Worli estate, which is originally about 68,000 square meters, comprises about 28,000 square meters under development. It is also engaged in trading in textiles.

Shree Ram Mills has been one of the oldest listed company on the BSE. So our land was all acquired in late 1800’s and early 1900’s. So there is no real estimated value to the land

There is a strong buzz stating that part worli estate will be sold for 2500 Crs

The funds would be utilized for its expansion plans and for its ongoing project Palais Royal (saleable area of 8.8 lakh sft) at the same plot.

Palais Royale is located on the land previously owned by Shree Ram Mills Ltd. in Lower Parel, Mumbai. It is the first supertall in India to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Platinum rating for environmental sustainability.^[3] The luxury building will have 100 apartments with areas of 8,700 square feet and 14,000 square feet.^[4] With a floor plate of 5 lakh square feet, the premises will have amenities like a cinema house, spa, cricket pitch, badminton court, soccer field and three swimming pools. It will have 88 lakh square feet of total residential space.^[5]

With over 30 international consultants working on this one-of-a-kind project, it is one of the best architectural structures in the city of Mumbai. The architects working on it are M/s Talati Pantakhy Associates, one of the best firms based in Mumbai. Both the conceptual design and architectural layout were created by Dharnidhar Sharma, the best and only authentic source of available knowledge on the science of Vastu Shastra.

India bulls Rela Estate bought 10.77 acre NTC mill land for apox 2100 crs.

ie apox 195 crs per acre. and still expects to make a profit out of this.

Now Shree Ram has 17 crs of which 6.9 acre are being developed now . Land is almost free since purchase long long ago. Rest of the land will be either sold of developed.

So the value of Land alone being 17 crs * 195 = 3315 crs

Nof if 30% return is expected if land develped = 17*253 = 4301 crs

Market cap now = 580 crs.

Can this stock go 7.5 times (4301/580) in next 5 yrs ?

if yes - its a CAGR of 50%

RHODES DIVERSIFIED (the marc faber ltd) had purchased 5.82% share in Q1 of 2010-11 (sold by Sophia Growth A Share Class of Somerset India Fund)
