CNBC TV18 gives us the news that Federal Mogul (Goetze) is in the process of acquiring Perfect circle Victor Limited (PCVL) in Pune.

This is a very positive development. There is no need of calculating and comparing the future in terms of present product type of PCVL and that of FM. The real boost is in terms of logistic even there is no production. The supply chain management in terms of just in time delivery or in terms of attending customers as and when asked for will generate a total customer satisfaction. Also this will reduce cost of transportation etc. Positioning them in the heart of automotive industrial area of India, Federal Mogul will get more benefit in future (Especially at the time when global automotive giants are planning to set up projects in Talegaon area near Pune).  If acquired then Pune center may have the potential to be a major production facility for Federal mogul and can become a main contributor of TOP and Bottom line.

The recent instruction of SEBI in terms of raising fund is probably already caught the eye of market and the new law will benefit Goetze in terms of raising new fund for them.

Things are really favourable for investment.

The story is turning nicely.

The EPS for the company for this Qtr is increased from a negative value of -0.88 to a positive value of 4.26!
What next!
I think there exists a global supply advantage for this company.
It is understood there is a recovery in sales of CAr etc even in USA since past few months and hopefully with gradual staibilisation of recovery this company can do better and also with controlled rate of commodities (expected to remain within comfortable range till there is a full recovery of system worlwide) there is a chance that company will continue to do better in coming few years!

I want to buy this stock more and more. ( I am not worried about prices for commodities and raw materials at the moment considering the verious growth report in terms of macro / micro recovery as I get from other parts of developed world especially). Babaj auto is with Reanult, Vox is with Maruti , TATA is with its new models etc. I see a great prospect about this company.

Again people are talking of melt down in commodity price.
I see that company website is just reflecting strength to strength.
There is no worry for this company to supply its product range to any company in the world in its sector. There is no problem for vendor registartion.
But the stock price has come down from Rs186 to Rs.156
