As I heard the other two mega power projects will be cleared by Finance ministry within December 2007- this stock needs to be considered besides all known parameters by most of the investor in Indian stock market.
So I wish to keep this area dedicated for this script.

Instant Value-creation. Today’s increased value of an existing power company, REL, comes from the value that another power company, RPL, which will create value tomorrow.

I cannot believe why anyone would want to buy a power generating co. They are capital intensive and the rates they charge to customers is heavily regulated by government.

I thought REL was expensive at 600 but was surprised (shocked) when the ticker showed 1600 or so Smile

The bull market end may be near

Interesting, The talking heads on CNBC who usually keep boosting their stocks were the ones who were laughing at the valuations right now.
No one is talking of execution risk, everyone is assuming the most rosy picture. But unfortunately, real life is not all roses, there are plenty of thorns.
Remember what Warren Buffet said "Be greedy when other are afraid and afraid when others are greedy"Smile
