Am I right in assuming that when IT companies move their business units in a SEZ, they don't have to pay tax for the earnings from that unit? What prevents IT companies like TCS/INFY from moving their entire operations into a SEZ after 2009?
So perhaps we don't have to worry about earnings drop in IT companies after 2009? All they have to do ask the employees to lug their computers/chairs with them into the new SEZ.

there are hazar regulation for starting DCs in SEZ. on top of that existing employees can not move to SEZ as company is expected to hire all new staff for SEZ. only 1 existing employee can shift to SEZ after hiring 10 professional for SEZ.
