Disc : I do not hold the stock at present but track from time to time

Well ZeeNut the 2010-2011 Annual Report is out and thankfully this time there are no un-Allocated expenses where management has not been able to give information.

Dear ZeeNut !

Camson on a approx 100 crore turnover has recievables of 32 crores. This is way too high for my comfort.Moreso because it sells to local farmers and it is always on a Cash basis

The cash left at the end of the  year is meagre 1.84 crores.Wonder where  will it get capital from to do further business.

 Somethings amiss here.

Thanks .... though it appears to be available at attractive valuations, somehow i am not able to muster up the conviction to enter.

It was one of my old favourites but i lost faith along the way.

What hurts the confidence more is to have Crooks like Rameshchand Garg of KS Oils on board and suspicious way in which he entered and exited his holding in the company . Difficult to trust these first generation entrepreneurs.

Also if it had such a good portfolio of products why it has not been taken over by now or atleast got an offer for a buyout. There are a lot of hungry businessmen out in the market flush with a lot of cash.

Thank God , I feel secured now . Was beginning to worry when they came out with a buy call on this stock .
Risk does not reside in price changes, but in miscalculations of intrinsic value .

Am attending the AGM. Will try to ask the questions in the thread.

Was not entirely impressed by the HDFC report as they purely took concerns from the AR.

The interesting point is that SBI is still invested.
