I admire that you have been meticulously following up Compact Disc. I am one of the beneficiaries of your recommendation. In my case its two bagger of course!
Have you gone through the Annual report of the company in its website.
The overall representation and its attempt for future clarity seems to be interesting. Is not it?

Compact Disc Board to consider right issue

News Body:

Compact Disc India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2007, inter-alia, to consider the following:

1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.

2. To consider the right issue.

3. To consider the issue of equity shares of the Company on preferential allotment basis.

4. To consider the issue of convertible warrants.

Thai is what I get from BSE. Do not know what is the future of this company in terms of valuation!

I think animation will be big in India....few years down the line...but I really dont have much idea abt the management of the company....

for reasons unknown to me ...the stock has been falling in this bull market & that sometimes give worries to me but hope they will post good result in this Quarter too...

Any idea what impact the right issue will have .....

It may not be a good  approach to speculate on the right issues and warrants etc for me. (I do not have any insider information). But I definitely will feel good to see that the issues and warrants are dedicated mostly towards the management. If the company runs bettter in future- managment must attempt to held higher percentage of stake.
