Its cash flows dont seem to be great to me. Its PEB and Rotary compressor looks interesting.

A question on the qualilty of management, the MD of the company (Nirupender Rao) has 93% of his holding pledged though only 2% of total promoters holding.....does it raise any concerns or just a small blip in so many good things.

I think it must be the matter of convenience of pledging shares from a single holder rather than a group of people from amongst promoters which might have lead the sort of pledging u refer to.

Pledging of 2% of a total holding of around 37% might not mean too much. I think this kind of pledging can be ignored if other factors are favourable.
