One of the most discussed stocks in TED is Hawkins available trailing 15 P/E and 3.7%(400% last year) dividend yield.

Page Industries is also available at around 3% yield.

Here is my opinion
When considering dividend
1st) import non CMP aspect :  Is company having consistent constant dividend payout ratio
2nd) import non CMP aspect: Is company having increasing dividend wrt face value
3rd important CMP aspect: dividend yield

You have forget to mention two companies which scores all above 3 points(yes even 3rd point)

1)IL&FS investment manager
2)Clariant Chemical

I guess Castrol with div yield of 5.44% at CMP would be my favorite (this includes special div) even without special div last year the yield works out over 3.3% which is decent

TEDies any thoughts on SRF, the current dividend yield is 3.78%, good corporate governance and good dividend payout history.
