I just posted this on lighter note. I am also a huge beneficiary of Basant Corner. But before that TED changed the way I used to think.Basant sir, I really used to buy cheap stocks earlier.Infact I used to multiply PE X P/B and
if the ultimate number is less than 15 to 20 then only I used to buy a stock.But very concept of ROE, ROCE and profitable growth is a gift from Basant Sir to all of us.

Basant Sir,

I had read about this way of evaluating stock in INTELLIGENT INVESTOR BY BEN GRAHAM. I used to buy on this
theory and did not have much results but I did not loose money also.Then few years back TED helped me to unlearn so many things,I became bold and bought gruh and it became my first multibagger.It would be interesting if other BEN graham followers share their experiences about investing also.But as far Iam concerned this theory helps buying blue chip stocks on panic day.Atleast you can justfy yourself why you are buying.

started enjoying the magic of compounding ..

A monthly investment of Rs 500 (Rs 17 per day) for 30 years @21%CAGR can create a wealth of Rs 1.5 crores. !!!
