I have been reading all posts in this forum for some time now and i have started posting from today only after getting convinced about the seriousness of people on board. I must say all you guys seem to one of the most  sensible group of people on the net discusing stock online anywhere.

 

Kudos to Basant Ji for gathering this motley flock together. Well about me, here goes .....

- Location - New Delhi
- Occupation - Marketing Manager of Essar Telecom Retail 'The Mobile Store' chain.Previously I was working for Airtel.
- Interests - Reading , Surfing The Net for Financial Info/ Social Trends & Army Technology (Im a big buff of that) also outdoor adventure sports.

- Investing styles - I started out as a Value Investor &  Trader both (the world is full of contradictions) but realized thru my may losses that you have to devlop discipline and conviction both in equal parts to deal with the market. Now I have devloped my own investing style - I strictly buy only on dips/ falls. I try and invest in the market leaders with a sprinkling of value buys for long holding. I also try and give a lot of credit to the Right Mangement at the company beyond numbers.
