Good analysis
I suspect that both JP Morgan and Stansen are holding shares on promoter's behalf and would tender (benami shares in legal form)
second is if the promoters had a higher price in mind they would have ramped up the price to that level (to acquire indirectly from the market at a lower price)
I think the reverse book building price would not be beyond 95-100

Go to nseindia website they have made an announcement on 27th of Oct download the attachment and see
the floor price is 82

Both the big non promoter shareholders have voted in favor of delisting resolution
I think it could get delisted for anywhere between 90 to 100
a clean 15-25% profit opportunity
