The saving grace of the company seems to be the credentials of the management team n the huge growth in education sector.
Is the new management team the real promoters or they are different person?

The promoters are different than the management team.
You can check the company name changes and promoter stake changes over the last 5 years, it will give you the picture.

on all the parameters except probably promoter holding (which they are increasing) firstobject is looking a perfect valuebuy. look at the market cap, NP, reserves etc... and also a dividend paying company

The only entry barrier in this business is trust of guardians & students . However , 1-2 good years' of churning out successful students ( good ranks ) will be enough to flock students at a coaching institute .
Except for Career Point Infosystems , is there any listed company in this space ? (DMC seems to be too risky to bet )
@j2eeprofessiona , is Firstobject into IIT-JEE / CET / or other entrance exams' coaching ?

Uh-oh , why don't they get into coaching like Brilliant Tutorials, FIITJEE or Career Point ? Isn't there any company which is into coaching ?

Have bought some DMC education today after the investment by Brand Equity Treaty Limited,(Times of India).
Looks like a a calculated risk at this point of time. The market cap of the company is 34 crores as per today's closing price.
If the investment by HT Media and BETL is utilized by the company in a proper manner then maybe good returns can be expected from here.
