RD has recommeded and I have gone through annual report. Stock seems to be cheap and their business is also growing. Only worry is copper prices and if come down and are crashed stock would be hammered like anything. In short, this is commodity stock. RD feels their business will grows faster for next 2 years with power and consumer durables are in demand. He feels it is not a multibagger which means no 5-10 times.

As the China Tightening Liquidity on Real estate chances of Real Estate decline in china and decline of Steel and copper prices are possible. 2008 results were bad because of copper price drop and inventory stock pile up.

Is anyone following this stock? With the copper prices down this quarter, looks like this company will improve its margins.. It has a high dividend ield of more than 6 % too

The selling price of the product is largely hedged against the copper prices. If the copper prices goes down so do the selling prices and vice versa.
It is a good anuity kind of a scrip but never expect a re-rating or a firework.
