I think Central Bank has been reco'ed a lot by Motilal Oswal & by RD.

Seems like a good bet for long term holders.

I would also like to add ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank in my "hold for 10-15 yr"
portfolio.

Also look at South Indian Bank & Dhanlakshmi Bank in pvt sector which looks good.
