Demerger and spin off is like Viagra - Not sure if it would work on anyone who is old.-----------------------------------------
It might work for some with serious side effects!

Basantji please comment on Geojit. Paribas has taken 33% at 26 and current rate is 29. it looks interesting for long term as why such a reputed company but preference shares in Geojit at market price.

Geojit has its strong presence in the south and sure looks good but with broking now commodditized it is more about who can handle the processes well. In this connection Investmart looks good alo they have their promoter as E-Trade who is the world's number 2 in this space and should create wealth for shareholders - Geojit also holds a lot of promise but I have not studied these brokerage stocks in depth.

My querry is regarding Indo Asian Fusegear:
Recently i have come across a report in which it was mentioned that FY07 earnings are expected to be Rs. 16 and FY08 to be Rs.24. Currently EPS is Rs.11. Considering the growth prospects this stock looks really cheap as currently is market price is rs. 120 only. So a forward multile of only 7.5 based on Fy07 earnings.
