Co. is a PSU.

CMP = 47,500/-
MCap. = 2850Cr.

Co. holds 206MT of Iron Ore Reserves & 44MT of Manganese Ore Reserves in 6 mines in Orissa.

The Mining Plans of all 6 mines have been passed by IBM and the leases have been renewed by the govt.

FY12 Production target of Iron Ore = 2MT.

FY15 Production target of Iron Ore = 10MT.

FY15 Production target of Manganese Ore = 1MT.

Now,

NMDC MCap = 1.05L Cr.

Iron Ore Reserves = 980MT

MOIL MCap = 7000Cr.

Manganese Reserves = 29MT.

Apparently 3 or 4 of the mining leases have expired and they are not being renewed.

OMDC is not compiant wiht the minimum share capital requireemnts of both BSE and NSE.

Any news on the bonus issues that are going to come. They need to issue bonus shares in the ration of 1 is to 10 to be NSE regulation compliant.
