totally disagree with all of you...because according to me it hardly matterswhether a person is qualified for any say abcd college but it is bacause companies look for an experienced mba's and if they find one they firstly make them sign the bond for a perticular span of time thus there is hardly any vacancy left for new qualified person and secondly maximum commerce student would always want to do mba after his/her b'com and would be thinking of getting a good job but the time has changed as the qualifier's are increasing but there is hardly any vacant place for them in companies thus this has lead to increase in unemployment and which further results in a good qualified mba's is in search of a job...

Amen! So you suggest no jobs for the freshers. Unless you get a job you cannot have experience unless you have experience you cannot get a job. - seeems to be a chicken and the egg race. What do you these propsective MBA's should do then?

yes i totally agree with you but only to a certain limit...because 1st preference of a company will be the experienced mba who has done his mba from any abcd than a fresher from a IIM...so thus i meant that it hardly matters that whether a person has done MBA from any institute..
hey surya, your idea's are a real eye opner and you should meet
with Mr. Bakul Dholakia and arjun singh (i'll wash my hand with
gangajal for typing arjun singh's name) you'll really open their eyes
literaly oh and also the top noch recruiters of iim's who'll prefer and pay huge some
of money to these novoices with no experienced in comparison to the
experienced guyz from the so called and i quote "abcd college" enjoy
