sir..i have got link with them...mr. harish bhasin ...owner of this company..HB(Harish Bhasin) stockholdings..owns 31.8 per cent i.,e close to 7.9 million shares...his son lalit bhasin graduate from shri ram college (delhi) in commerece owns about 400k shares..i.e. 1.13 %... mr harish bhasin is very competent but now lalit takes care of this company...and lalit is not that efficient...they re into real estate as well ... am related to em somehow thats why i can say that

agarwal ji..hb is worth 800-1000 crores as per my estimates...hb stockholdings has lot of value in form of jp shares ... i consulted some insider for hb stocholdings.. so in near future there is not a very bright scope.... unless mr HB himself comes to rescue...
