 1. there are lot of tip gatherers here ( which is fine ) ..... but the best part is the rate of conversion from tip gatheres to basants and kulmans and smartcats .

 2. probably here we can find out the motive of each member enrolled ...  i think posts per day is real good indicator  , and i believe that there a lot of people out there benefitting from the senior memebers .

3 . I am sure there are lot of members who are just silent observers . i know this by experience - the other day i was talking to a colleague who quoted something i had just read in one of the treads ... and the audience ( incuding me ) was impressed ... later when i met him alone ... i tole hi `` why dont drop in a post or two when you read them in such details in TED ... he was surprised and before he would ask me the same ... we heard the closing bells so had to rush ....

That was a very important peice of information. Seems like TED is growing into places far and wide.

In some conference I do get one or two TEDdy walk up to me and say "hello". Thanks to my photo with the posts.

This has happened quite frequently to me.

Hahahaha! This post was really awesome(and pretty amusing)...to think where TED is spreading its tentacles. There is no harm in the silent observers to drop in a good word or two on TED sometimes.

Law of Karma says: "Whatever you give, comes back to you ten fold".
Practical guys say: "Knowledge grows by sharing".

Take your pick, whether you are a philosopher or a practical guy and leave a post or two sometimes on TED. And great work Basant sir, Kulman jee, Tiger jee, Smarcat jee, X-Box jee, Devesh jee, Shashi jee, Tyler jee...and there are so many I can't keep typing as my fingers will start hurting.

Cheers and Take care!!

The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect.A temperament that neither derives great pleasure from being with the crowd nor against it
