Yesterday I dropped my crystal ball and broke it. So I no longer claim to know the future. You do a technical check and let us know.
Over a longer term though, the stock should get re-rated. The next trigger would be Navi Mumbai airport bids. Since the tie-up is with RIL (who can hopefully pull some strings) and since they have RoFR, GVK has a pretty good chance of bagging the project.
If GVK bags the project, they might get real estate development rights (like GMR has got for New Delhi and Hyderabad). Depending on the size of the land allotted, the market cap of GVK will go up.

Mumbai Airport has been built nicely now. It looks beautiful and everywhere you will see the name of GVK power. I don't know much about these kind of companies and their business and revenue models, but now, whoever get into this airport, appreciates it.

I agree. I was bowled over when I visited Mumbai last month. That's why I started looking at this stock (and GMR Infra). But it is difficult to value GMR Infra because of real-estate component in its valuation. GVK seems to be the second-best bet.

It could become a multi bragger from here - that means you can brag about this investment multiple times to your friends.
You can buy this stock at CMP, but don't park too much money in this stock. The Navi Mumbai airport bids in 2008 would be the biggest trigger - GVK is reported to tie-up with Reliance and Jai Corp for the bid, but it is not confirmed by the management.

I understand only a few sectors in investing and that is why I do not provide comments on all the threads.
