If Retail is next big thing...and reliance..birla and big bazar all are using biopac then for sure biopac will see a phenomenal rise in earnings...

what happened to asahi and lumax because of automobile boom can happen to biopac........

Supreme Industries is also in the same sector as Biopac its bigger than biopac and is much more diversified.

1. cmp(222)
2. mcap = 608 crores
3. PE 16
4. eps = 13.

sales = 982 crores, Net profit is about 40 crores for 2006-07, for 2007-08 company expects to do 1500 crores in sale and 60 crore in profit...and by 2009-10 it is expected to cross 4000 crores salesmark and the profit of almost 150-170 crores.

that makes a cagr of about 60% for next 3 years...

what re your views??

I did have some small interactions with a few of  vendors / suppliers of SUPREME INDUSTRIES and I sssume that this company is doing very promising business in its areas with sustained growth rate since past few years.

A short note:
In the year 2005 (JULY) I got an analysis (plastic industry to bring revolution in INDIA in the field of biodegradable plastic packaging system) about BIOPAC to support its target of 100 from Rs 22.00. That was almost two-page report to print.
Based on the report (also because of my nostalgic educational effect  in B. Tech of Plastics Technology) I delighted to purchase  a few of the same stock.

It was also 22.00, my cost price in JULY 2005. It went up to certain amount with Upper circuit and then very soon to lower circuit till it reaches to the range of 15 or like that. there was hardly any Company declaration in BSE. Somewhere or some one reported me that there was fire in the factory and so people sold the stock. In short I incurred losses and sold the same at INR 15! (after holding it for several months) and now I am little happy to note that the price has gone beyond 26 after two years.
