Unfortunately for me my mental make up prevented me to see the investment in the retail business in the right light.

I was very convinced on the size of the opportunity but lacked conviction.

Using arguments like low margins, capital intensiveness, high p/e etc. etc.  made me miss a multibagger. Anyway essential learning!

Many a times I have trried to broadbase my analysis like has this business model succeeded in the West? If it has then I have ignored tghose very crucial fundamental analysis.

In fact I ignore the fundamentals even today when I seea business model that has made moeny in the West.Of course we need to be invested in the sector leader.

My hunch tells me that there are many eminent personalities in that guest list. And why not? TED content is very rich & useful. (I'm going slow on my posts to improve on this !!)
