Investing Strategy:  I read brokerage reports on ETIntelligence.com to check the past and future estimated EPS growth. If future estimated EPS growth is above 30%, the company enters my radar screen. I take a call on whether to invest in a company or not based on the following parameters

- Trailing 4 quarter PE ratio
- Net profit margin (I generally avoid companies with margins lower than 10%, except for retail companies)
- I avoid sugar/cement/metal/pharma companies

Kishan, as a MindTree employee, what do you think about the stock? Is the company recruiting in full swing?

Hi Smartcat,

To answer to your question. Results should be good as MindTree's mgmt has always done good. Also, as this is the first time they are going to announce results in Public, they will take utmost care.

Regarding their growth they are targetting well above the industry average of 30% for next 3 years. (Sorry i cannot divulge specifics until it is given out in public.)

This quarter is very crucial as post-IPO hikes are very important (as u know ESOP's in kitty & hike is done ;) ). Need to check on attrition figure this time. --> This is my personal view.

Apart from the above stated & known concern of attrition company is targetting higher and higher. Recruitment has always been on the upswing. Nothing specific to add.
