Goodness Gracious. He seems so smart on TV.No wonder information and knowledge are not one and the same and if all that analysis goes into wrong companies this is the kind of results you can get

ALmost all the companies are non sector leaders and cyclicals. It is really that simple to go wrong in this market.

SP Tulsiyan regularly writes for Poweryourtrade.com

------------------------------------------------------------

I sometimes wonder why these Web18 guys don't rename that website as loweryourgrade.com

Shashi jee's article is another eye-opener & should be shown on TV Channels under the programmes titled: "Khabardar", "Sansani", "Peharedaar"!

In software, the first basic thing that was taught to us was:

Data is a collection of facts and figures. It means nothing.
Information is processed data, and hence Information means any processed data that provides some meaningful conclusion out of it.

Investing I can stretch it a bit further to say that, Correct Application of that Information. This comes from wisdom.

Wisdom primarily comes from making mistakes or from learning from others mistakes.

Thanks for bringing that info. to TED Shashi jee, else we would all have been assuming something completely different based on just 1-2 observations and comments.

The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect.A temperament that neither derives great pleasure from being with the crowd nor against it

Shashiji,
There is one stock MROTEK in your list , very famous with the analysts , everyone gives buy recommendation (may be to exit  at a better price at a later date) but somehow people (investors) have become very intelligent and given the price which is worth over the years..

P.S. At one point of time I also had this stock in my portfolio and it was one of my mistake.
