After checking historic price chart, Paid Up Shares, share holding etc, I found that company and promoters made huge profit by delevery based buying and selling in past. Promoters are accumulating in last few quarters. Results are not good considering increase in money spend for interest. But we cannot analyse this stock based on current result as the results are volotile and the stock is trading according to hope of getting big orders from defence sector and land bank. We will see soon whether promoters will make profit like they did in past or will they get caught due to govt. action aganist black money.

whats the latest on this underdog of a stock. its jumping here n there. have they sold the land finally?

There is no hint about land sale in AR. They said they leased a large hangar to Airworks. There was no major announcement during AGM. But the stock give opportunity for those who want to book profit as stock was trading near 52 weeks high the day after AGM before closing at LC.

We can't trust what management say. But we can trust the trading ability of promoters. I am holding few shares of Taneja Aerospace for last 2 years with long term view. But the quantity is very less to quantity I traded. But if we trust their management then we may end up in loss.
