As an Indian i am proud to be one, however the cricket team does not represent India. They represent BCCI (a private body)... So i would NOT be proud of then even if they do well.
I am seeing only new lower lows for the "Team BCCI". A "breakdown" has taken place.
I would be proud of India if they win the "Davis cup" any time.

Well! This was my analysis of "Team BCCI" which was done on 04-Dec-2006.
This has proved to be correct with "new lows" already reached for "Team BCCI"
Now their next tour is to Bangladesh where the Team plays 2 tests and 3 ODI's . I see them going into the abyss of Mariana Trench !!!

As I said in my view...They are headed straight down in Mariana Trench!
Apparently, Mariana Trench is the deepest place on earth (35838 feet) into the abyss.

Bad news for millions of Cricketpremi fans and equally bad for TV Channels..
But good news for Indian Economy- No loss of mandays and productivity (hopefully ) will be reported..
As Rahul Dravid rightly said-- Indian team cant deserve to be in next rounds as even Bangaladesh played better than them.
Greg Chappel showed us the statistics how we are laggards and cowards outside India.(He must be happy man that he was not coach of Pakistan Team !!!)
Anyways shall we give our team so much of importance which they do not deserve at all 
P.S : I am not follower/fan of Cricket (but have write to critise !!) .My symapthy with those who are mourning.

They are already booked! It will take a total of 5 hours (Read 5 overseas tours of whitewash) to reach the bottom.
Mariana Trench: If you cut Mount Everest off at sea level and put it on the ocean bottom in the Mariana Trench, there would still be over a mile of water over the top of it!

Sometimes back Bishan sigh bedi was saying the same thing that you are proposing now.(History repeats again in some form or the other ).he might not have done the research of this beautiful location.
