Looks like a a calculated risk at this point of time. The market cap of the company is 34 crores as per today's closing price.

If the investment by HT Media and BETL is utilized by the company in a proper manner then maybe good returns can be expected from here.

just because a PE player invested in a company doest make it a good investment. i think you urself should be confident about the company. take an example of Avon corp.. look where the stock is now even though its reporting stellar set of numbers... after PE placement the stock is now available at half the price....

The stock closed on the lower circuit. On some days it closes up on upper circuit sometimes it closes up on the lower circuit.

This is going to take a lot of patience.

Have also bought Firstobject Technologies as mentioned elsewhere in this forum.

The company seems to be a good bet for pick with a 1 year perspective.

Promoters n sector seems good.

Scrip already touching 19 rs n could touch 40-50 rs easily in 1  year from now.

TCSer,
Thank you for sharing the information. Liquidity is a reasonable protection against manipulation. Will post  if I find anything interesting.

DMC has been moving in the range of 11 - 13 Rs.

Is it worth accumulating at this point of time?

Just a word of caution!

This company was called DMC International earlier, the stocks tanked from highs of Rs 50 to as low as Rs 3 in the 2008 meltdown.

There was no support from promoters or management whatsoever.

After 2009 the company got its name changed and moved to education sector.

However, given its past records I will advice people to avoid this stock.

There are better listed players in this sector than this company.

perfect. For the long term investor this is a no no.

If you want to gamble then as the investing greats say, go to the casino.
