I think the things to focus on real estate companies would be nav and debt.

The revenue stream for these companies would be lumpy and hence ratios would be allover the place.
Stockmarket is a weird place. For every person who buys a stock there is a person who sells it and both think they are very smart.

One thing is for sure.......technology to wire money around the world securely would have got a huge fillip with so many orchestrated transactions going on all the time....And we thought Indias were not e-savvy
