The meeting place can be anywhere, the only condition is that it has to be on a beach (even a large shack should be fine!).

Vivek, Are you sure you want to do the hotel booking for all the members? It will be a logistical nightmare to you, I promise. Some members might be coming with their spouses/children, others might be bachelors (3 members probably won't mind a single room for themselves) and a few others might be married but currently living a bachelor life. And all of them will have different tastes & budgets for hotel accomodation
If you want less headaches, choose a location for the meet and make a list of hotels/resorts nearby. If somebody would like you to book, they will contact you anyway.
