Co. is coming out with a rights issue in the ratio 1 new share for 4 existing shares held at par (10/-)

This Excercise will raise 45,00,000/-

Now co. pays a Dividend of 1.05Cr. every year.

FY10 PAT - 4.5Cr.

Does it make any sense to you.
