The company has passed the resolution for delisting of shares thru postal ballot conducted by the co. Here is the BSE ANNOUNCEMENT click

If u click at the bse tab above, u will notice that the Co. has sent notices of postal ballot to some 850 members out of that only 75 members responded, Now in between 75 members their part of share is 2,045,354 shares.
What's interesting to note is on BSE SITE as of july,10 the total shares outstanding are 2,753,845 and no of share holder are 843 out of which the promoters are holding 1,544,124 shares.
I think there is something wrong, either with my calculations or with the promoters.
Lets see how the story pans out..........
