NCL Industries (formerly known as Nagarjuna Cement Limited) operates in four business segments- cement, cement bonded particle boards, prefab structures and hydel power generation. The promoters, Mr. K Ravi, Mr. K Madhu, Mr. GDLSN Raju and Mr. V.V.Goradia together, hold 44% stake in the company. They have been slowly increasing stake in the company (and reducing their pledged shares 60%)
The company has expanded rapidly and expanded its cement capacity to 6.27 lakh TPA and completed capacity expansion of another 13.2 lakh TPA in June 2009, so its total capacity is ~2MMT. Company sells Cement in the south.
Cement Board is an innovative building material, which has the strength of cement and workability of wood. The technology for manufacture of this board has been obtained from BISON WERKE, Germany, Bison Panel is made out of 62% of cement, 28% of wood and 10% other chemicals and water. Cement Boards are used in ceilings, partitions, doors and for many other applications. Present capacity of Cement Bonded Wood Particle Board is 30000 TPA. The Company has set up another 50000 TPA capacity in Himachal.
NCL developed a unique track & panel system of prefab construction for the first time in India, to suit Indian conditions in the year 1994. NCL has wide range of designs which helps company to secure more orders from institutional customers. NCL's clients for this division include various government and private organisations like Indian Army, CRPF, ITBF, Army of Sri Lanka, Reliance Group, Thermax, L & T and various reputed private sector companies.

Leverage Ratios:
Debt to Equity 2.3
Debt to EBITDA 3.8

is it the same company? 60% of income is from cement adn 20% from cement board and 10% from prefabs. I think power income is very small.
