Who Runs K Sera Sera ?

Who wants to acuire K Sera Sera ?

What is net worth of K Sera Sera ?

What is net worth of proposed acquirer ?

What is past record of proposed acquirer?

A Bollywood drama unfolds

1. As per my research and business websites the directors of K Sera Sera are

  Mr. Sanjay Lai

  Mr. Hussain Shattaf

  Mr. Prakash Kumar Shah

  Poonam Jhawer

As per my knowledge Mr. Sanjay Lai has acted in one film that flopped and he was earlier a GM in K Sera Sera.

Mr. Hussain Shattaf is a son of a dubai based businessman. Mr. Prakash Kumar Shah has been on Board of directors of some companies previously also. My search on Poonam Jhawer yielded in results of the most talked about pin- up girl in bollywood. She has to her credit one item song in movie Mohra. She coproduced and acted in one movie Aanch, which was a flop. She was rumored to have been offered a centre fold total exposure offer by Playboy.

2. As per information on BSE site M/s Alka India Ltd wants to acquire 4% + equity in K Sera Sera.

3. Networth of K Sera Sera is unknown as they are yet to publish results. The scrip closed on 13.55.

4. Net worth of M/s Alka India Ltd  is best seen on BSE site The scrip 530889 last closed at Rs 0.52. As per results of quarter ending 31.03.2009 net income of M/s Alka India Ltd  is Rs 0.00

5. Past record of M/s Alka India Ltd  shows that they acquired and merged one company called M/s Janice Textiles Ltd Scrip Code 531988 in year 2008-9 . The Scrip was last traded around Rs 6.30.Mr. Prakash Kumar Shah was on the board of directors of M/s Janice Textiles Ltd at the time of merger.

Still to come

Who promoted M/s Alka India Ltd ?

What are the connections of promoters of M/s Alka India Ltd with bollywood?

What are other ghost buried in coffin of K Sera Sera?

Darna Jaroori Hai was a K Sera Sera Thriller

Baki Break Ke Baad

Who promoted M/s Alka India Ltd ?

What are the connections of promoters of M/s Alka India Ltd with bollywood?

1. As per my research M/s Alka India Ltd is promoted by much talked about yarn trader Mr. Satish R. Panchariya. Their website "thepanchariyagroup" is not available now.

2. I found no links of Panchariya to Bollywood . Bollywood did have one movie flop actor named Vinamra Pancharia who acted in movie Matrubhoomi.

If net income of M/s Alka India Ltd is 0.00 in last quarter how they think to acquire K Sera Sera?

Is it a coincidence or else that we have three one movie flop actors in show directly or indirectl linked to this thriller?

Is it a strange coincidence that Mr. Parkash Shah happens to be on board of the acquired company whenever M/s Alka India Ltd makes a move to acquie a company?

I have no answers  for the above questions.

I will also like to have answers on

Why the promoter directors of K Sera Sera resigned and handed over a company to a ex GM of the company? Does it smells like another Satyam.

Equally intresting is the fact that on 31.03.2009 as per BSE there was no Indian promoter of the company. Is it allowed to have only Foreign promoter running operations in India? As on 31.03.2009 shareholding pattern available on BSE site no refrence to shares held by present board was found neither this info was available on company website.

Despite all above K Sera Sera is apart of BSE Small Cap Index????????????

Few more ghosts from K Sera Sera' s coffin after the break.

Darana Mana Hai is another thriller by K Sera Sera
