I don't think they create content. They help you design your content layout.

With Navneet you get all of this + content + e-learning.

Some details of Print ON Demand provided in Annual Report.

REPRO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS – Print-on-Demand (POD)
Most companies fragment their potential – for every $1 they spend on printing, they spend $6 on other functions
(warehousing, administrative, etc.). They end up losing time, productivity and sometimes even clients.
Whether 4-colour or single-colour, adoption books or reprints, from 1 to a million, our Print-on-Demand service allows us
to deliver the communication flexibly to customers.

Print-on-Demand Advantages

• Integration into clients’ systems
• Predictability & Scalability
• Zero on-hand Inventory, no obsolescence,
no warehousing
• End-to-End unified process – Marketing,
Storefront, Fulfilment & Logistics &
Customer Service
• Content Management for Title Lifecycle
• Consistent Quality
• IPR Protection
• Optimized Print Cycle
• Fulfilment & Distribution
• Order Management System
Stockmarket is a weird place. For every person who buys a stock there is a person who sells it and both think they are very smart.

Then there is a huge entry barrier. Content solutions differentiates Repro India from hundreds of other SMEs in the printing business.

smartcat,

there is no huge entry barrier for content generation! In fact many printing and processing houses have tied up with publishers of small magazines and AV content production houses for offering integrated facilities.

If you want to do check out the market place, visit any bookstall and ask for fashion glossies. While Cosmopolitan and Men's Health is printed by Thomson Press because of India Today parentage, independent magazines like Open, Verve, and scores of others are printed at workshops in Lower Parel, Navi Mumbai, Thane, etc.

Many of these publishers also offer to produce content like annual reports since the magazines are periodicals. Even Sucheta Dalal who owns Money LIfe has a separate division to make annual reports, corporate reports, etc.

At the end of the day, a print shop like Repro would have to offer the lowest quotes to stay in the business.

I have found that one of the more reliable indicators of pricing power is to look at a firm's debtor days.

Repro has debtors equivalent of 143 days on 31-03-09 (Rs.91.48 cr debtors against annual turnover of Rs.233 crores).

To me such high debtors is not the hallmark of a company with pricing power.

Bought Repro India.

Over 50% of their revenues come from exports. Going by the work they do, Repro can be classified as a KPO company. Their Board of Directors is quite impressive - Alque Padamsee, Jamshed Irani (Tata Sons guy) etc.
