Can same-s*x couples get joint home loans?
TLSJ learns from inside sources that if it is legally allowed, leading Banks and Financing Institutions are very keen to penetrate this virgin market segment. According to an officer who did not wish to be identified, such loans might be termed as Homogeneous Loans. There is also a proposal under consideration to target investments from such couples by Mutual Fund industry. Lots of innovative products and new theme based funds would be launched subject to AMFI and SEBI approvals.Kiran Johar, according to rumours is one of the short-listed candidates for brand ambassador.

Yes. In addition to the simple improving versus deteriorating, we have:

hardening, softening

double dip (not with the tortillas, please)

easing, tightening

heading north, heading south, and falling off a cliff

green shoots versus weeds

U, V, W, L shaped recoveries

It's too much too handle Confused

Someone like Jeremy Grantham says VL shaped recovery
