The Indian cricket team i hope dont end up with "Ostrich Eggs" on their faces, on this tour of SA.
Speaking of trend of indian cricket team... It has topped out a long time ago and is in a clear cut downtrend. The Bounce back actually tested a 61.2% retracement (the 20-20 Win) and has already broken to new lows (yesterday's loss). A sustainance below these lows with a bad performance in the tour match, would lead to new lower lows with a 3-0 Drubbing in the test series.
So much so... with the cricket craze engulfing India.

As proud Indians let's hope & pray that a 'break-out' happens in time & we regain 'the Cup' by repeating 1983 feat

Kulman ---
As an Indian i am proud to be one, however the cricket team does not represent India. They represent BCCI (a private body)... So i would NOT be proud of then even if they do well.
I am seeing only new lower lows for the "Team BCCI". A "breakdown" has taken place.
I would be proud of India if they win the "Davis cup" any time.

That was quite a good technical analysis! The Indian team contingent shall include one firangi expert on these matters as well. And I recommend Chris Wood or Dim Talker for the job.

Hehehe Reetesh ji, I mistakengly put in "reetesh" and then immediately changed it to "ji". This has nothing to do with aggressiveness but a rule that I have been following. I have missed writing "ji" for some more people in other posts too an dI have corrected them too. Anyhow, who is getting aggressive everyone can see. I think I have touched a "fragile chord" in you. As for fathers that you wrote for Ganguly, you should have been more discreet or mentioned Godfather instead of 2 fathers. Anyhow man, dont get bugged down so soon. Though it is good that you have finally accepted that Ganguly is a great, but you again proved that you have a vice against him. We dont want Dravid to go down. Dravid is a great too. Why should Ganguly go up and Dravid down or vice-versa. We need them both. As for politics, Ganguly is far from it and some people have been playing politics around him which gives an impression that he is part of the game, BUT that is false and a misfortune.
That is the whole point. Dravid and Ganguly together. Not pitted againts each other. Cheers mate

Hi Reetesh,
Is it a crime to have an influential father or an influential god-father...Saurav proved himself initially... he scored a ton on his debut... and two consecutive in his first 2 tests.... and the ladla needed so much support at the start of his career.....if you remember...Saurav was dropped after just 1 one-day match in australia against Australia in a match where Mike Whitney tricked Sachin tendulkar with 6 consecutive slow balls and in that match even saurav was adjudgeed lbw when actually its was bat pad...and mind you, he was not given a chance in internation cricket for 4 years at a stretch....... this man always made a comeback...and this time also it will be no different........ and very soon we will have the combination of guru and ladla broken.... the gang will make a comeback.... and thattoo emphatically....and dont worry the gang will ensyre that those who called for his retirement, get retired first...

the ultimate test for the BENGAL TIGER shall be the short pitch
stuff right into his rib cage if he survives that he can be considered
great if not then he joins the other tigers from the sunderbans
on the road of extinction.i just wonder how humans can kill
such a wonderful creature, im ref to the royal bengal tiger.
