We believe the current valuations do not price in the significant business value to be added from the new initiatives - setting up and managing schools (under Edu Infra and Edu Manage) and the acquisition of AsknLearn. We expect Edu Infra and Edu Manage to generate substantial cash flows as they achieve optimal scale in the next three years. Edu Infra and Edu Manage collectively account for Rs.578(25%) of our target valuation.

Yes,I agree Titan may be another big retail story but see the power of EDUCOMP solutiion, it has only one way to go up and up.I feel there is something big cooking with this stock and only time will tell that we sold it so cheap.Today, educomp was up at @2150+
Any big plans of educomp promoter? and how big the stock price will shoot from here on.Thanks.

This company just beats me. Earlier it was their depreciation charge and now this receivable It looks that it is not coming out clean on its accounts and whatever be it the company now states that it would grow at 100% without raising fresh funds. How is that possible. Its RoE is only 27% and anyone who has some knowledge of corporate finance would agree that a company cannot grow faster then its RoE for the longer period of time!
The comparision with NIIT is interesting but First global does not explain what it would take for a competitor to move into an area where educomp is enjoying a virtual monopoly!
Only God and Shantanu Prakash know what they are doing and the results can be answered only in time not before that. Till then investors can count their bundles.

The stock was up because FII limit is increased to 100%.Delivery was just 6% on NSE and 4.42% on BSE...

FII limit of 100%.....aisa bhi hota hai.......but what is the aim of doing that.....Looks like the promoter wants to play share market game rather than business game.
